Need an exchange for a different size? Need to return an item?
Not a problem at all! We offer FREE returns & exchanges on all orders made within the USA.
All you have to do is email us with specific details of what went wrong and we'll get back to get back to you within 36hrs.
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement items straight away, free of charge so you don't have to wait longer than you have to. We will send you a complimentary return shipping label to send us back the unwanted items.

Returns Policy.
We offer Free Returns on all orders within the USA.
- You have 30 days from the day of purchase to make your return
- All items must be in brand new condition with all tags still attached (if it came with tags).
- We cannot accept items that are stained or have an odor
- For Swimwear - If the hygiene seal is removed, so sorry but we cannot accept the return. Please do not try to stick it back on, as if it does not pass inspection, it will be rejected. We can ship it back to you, but you will need to purchase shipping.
- If an item is marked as Final Sale, it is non-refundable
- Once we receive the returned items, please allow up to 10 business days for processing
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- We will send you a return shipping label via email after we have confirmed your request.
- For International Orders - Due to the astonomical cost of shipping, we cannot provide Free returns or any exchanges. We really wish we could, but you will need to send the items back to us. You are responsible for safely shipping the product back to us. We are not responsible for any damage caused during transit. Please use waterproof/resistant packaging to avoid any damage. Email us and we will help you as best we can.
Exchange Policy.
