We love our Int'l fans, but shipping international today is EXPENSIVE to say the least. Because of that, if you need to return an item, or exchange an item, you will need to ship your items back to us to receive a refund or exchange. Oh boy... trust us when we say, we are as annoyed as you are if this happened to you, and we will do our best to help you through it, we have a lot of experience with this. On the bright side, 9 out of 10 times, the package was simply delivered to your neighbor by accident. But, if you're not so lucky, it may have been stolen...in which case we'll have to file a claim with the post office + police dept. If you have a shared mailbox area, we've noticed that those are more likely to have package theft.

- If you see your USPS postman the next day, see if they remember delivering the package on the day you expected it.
- If all else fails, and you think it was stolen, you'll have to file a claim with the post office.

- Once confirmed, we will send you the Return Shipping Label at no cost to you.
- Place the items to be returned, back into the packaging. If you must use your own packaging, please make sure it is waterproof and sealed properly. You are responsible for the items being delivered safely and without damage.
- Once packaged properly, simply stick the shipping label onto the package and drop it in your Mailbox, or take it to a UPS store.
What is a Custom's Duty Fee?
Just to simply explain international shipping, Products cannot be shipped from country to country as simply as shipping within your own country. Some Countries require a Customs Duty in order to allow the goods to be received. Each country has it's own Customs & Duty fees that it applies to goods like ours entering it's borders, and it all depends on a variety of factors.
Some countries have a 'low value threshold' for which they do not charge any Customs Duty. Let's hope you live in a country that has this option as shipping should be smooth and simple.
However, if you do indeed need to pay a duty, it is usually based on the value of the items you ordered. You are responsible to pay any Customs and Duty fees required to release your package.
What happens if I refuse to pay the Customs Duty fee?
Well, this would be a big problem as they will most likely return the package back to us along with new shipping fees. We will deduct these additional fees from your refund, and we really don't want to do that. So please do research the duty rates for your country BEFORE you place an order to avoid any surprises.
Shipping overseas usually costs us about $35USD for a 0.45kg package for UPS Worldwide Expedited 3-5 day shipping. However, some countries are unbelievably expensive to ship to, in such cases, we ship via USPS First Class International Mail, which can take between 7-15 business days to arrive.
